Most of the LaMilano shoes I've ordered (and I have SEVEN of them!) need a little break-in period, at least a day. Because the skin is very hard. They also carry a distinct rubber odor from the synthetic sole. This one is different! Virtually no smell. The fit feels like it was made to order the first time you put it on. The big winners look way more expensive than the shoes. The color was a little lighter/darker than expected. But that wasn't a problem because they are so cool!

Bought this for my dad. His assessment: "The biggest shortcoming was the poorly sewn threads that attached the upper part of the sole to the sole. Slippers or driving shoes? They are GREAT but I can't wear them with anything because of the threads on the bottom that affect the overall design of the shoe. I'll be back"
