I bought this to hoist the mainsail on my Columbia 50 and together with the winch it does the job perfectly. The battery seems to last forever. Be sure to get a few extra bolts holding the chuck in the chuck, if I flip the chuck over under load it shears the bolt. This may cause you to lose the cartridge as it may fall.

This product is built to withstand extremely heavy use and is great for anything you need an angle drill for. I have a 28v rock drill and a 28v impact wrench and they all work exactly as described by the manufacturer. For the price, 28 volt devices are quite expensive. The fact that they are so expensive and only have 1 battery is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. If this rating were based on quality alone, it would definitely get a 5.

Bought this drill bit 5 months ago to drill holes in 2 x 8" stacked frames and 6" glued joists for new wiring and 2" electrical wiring in the outhouse of our large home .
