Customer service is VERY poor

1/4 ratchet head works great once assembled! The locking ring broke the first time it was installed, had to reuse the old one. The support team got very angry with me when I asked if it was possible to ship faster than 2 weeks! Would NOT refund my money if found a seller with faster shipping

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Convert a 3/8 " drive to a 1/4 " drive. High quality

I had the 3/8" version and wanted to make it a 1/4" because my wife surprised me with the brushless extended 3/8". Worked like clockwork, just lasted 5 minutes. Great price Quality Buyers who complain of breakage should be aware of the 1/4" drive. Not rated for 100 ftlbs. I use mine to 40 ftlbs daily and it still looks and works like new .

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Best price I could find at the time

I have had the first generation Milwaukee M12 ratchet for over 6 years now. This is the fifth or sixth anvil replacement I've installed! This is the first time I use this brand. Works the same as the others. Eventually I switched to an m12 1/4" fuel ratchet and took the first gen home to use in the barn. If you buy this replacement head, you probably buy another one. It will slip off and you will use it on the Replace end again I'm an auto mechanic and I use this tool every day!

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things
