Not too quiet, but done fairly quickly for its size. Easy to use and so convenient to use without wires when moving around in the car. I've had several tire inflators over the last 50 years and this is by far the best I've had. Now I don't let my tire pressure go below 5psi. This unit revs up very quickly, taking about 30 seconds or less to get up to 36psi. However, it is noisy, but I have two hearing aids and most things are noisy. I highly recommend this item. Works great, compact and portable. I bought the bag because it was listed in Frequently bought together. Expecting an inflator to fit in a pocket is a negative - the inflator doesn't fit. These items do not need to be listed together. False advertising. Tried customer service, was told the bag does not say it is suitable for an inflator. I then said why list them together. After getting frustrated with the language barrier, I hung up. Do not buy a bag that you think an inflator will fit in.

Runs pretty fast on my 31-40psi GMC Yukon tires. Just enter the maximum pressure and the device will turn off when it reaches that value. No need to "baby" him while he's adding air. To be honest I'm not impressed. It seems to be of good quality but it seems to me that there are flaws. Well I don't know if it's mine or all together with others. If you have arm strength issues, possibly due to arthritis, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The reason is that the battery pack is not that easy to remove.
