I have been looking at various products for my business to use, however I am finding that there are two major issues with any of the software that I have looked at.

I have been looking at various products for my business to use, however I am finding that there are two major issues with any of the software that I have looked at. Firstly, they are not cloud based, which means if you lose access to your PC (which happens quite regularly) then you cannot access your data. Secondly, most of these programs are not easy to set up. I was given a demo of mindly by a friend, who said it was easy to set up, but once he tried to download the app he found it impossible

  • Easy to find people online to help you learn how to use it

  • Not Cloud Based
  • Requires setting up on your own computer

Mindly is a task management app that allows you to create lists, set due dates, and assign tasks to yourself or others.

I love mindly! It has helped me organise my thoughts into meaningful topics and subtopics. It helps me communicate better, with clients and co-workers. I have used it for over a year now and am still getting better at how I use it.I like how you can send yourself reminders about when to complete certain tasks and I especially enjoy the notes feature. You can write any type of note (text, pictures, audio) and attach them to a task. When you add a note to a task, it automatically saves that note…

This is a great tool for writers who want to stay organized while they're working on their projects.

1) I love how you can write on text boxes. 2) It's super fast! 3) Great visual analytics. 4) I love the integrations. 5) Its really helpful when creating new content because I can see what my competitors are doing in other industries. 6) Very responsive to my requests. 7) I love the fact that I don't have to install any plugins to use the app. 8) I've found the business plan templates to be very useful. 9) When I find myself getting distracted from my writing, I'll use a timer to stop myself…

Pros
  • You can create an account within minutes and then start creating models and sharing them with clients as soon as possible.
  • Once you create a template, you can reuse it over and over again.
  • Easy integration with various apps including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Cons
  • The site isn't designed for mobile devices so sometimes the UI gets laggy.
  • Can't seem to customize the look of the model as much as I would like.
  • It seems like a lot of work to build a template.
