Get the job done! to Notebook Accessories

This is a great stand that easily adjusts to any height you want! The stand is much more compact than I expected (great thing!) and it's very easy to adjust! Shifting is also easy as the frame sits close enough to the edges of the laptop. The only criticism I can give is the medium setting, it can get a little weak but definitely not to the point of crashing and damaging your laptop. Not enough issues to give less than 5 stars! The stand is made from high quality metal, very smooth moving parts and a great stand. The stand has 7 height levels, is highly adjustable and is great for elevating your laptop. It helps a lot when your hands get cramped while typing, allows you to see the screen better, and gives you a cleaner look when using a laptop as your primary device. Fits 14 "-15 " mid-size laptops well

This accessory is approximately 6 1/2" wide when unfolded. First answer: Maybe it's not wide enough, but it seems to fit when mounted on a hard surface. The rubber pads do a good job of preventing slipping and protecting my 15 inch laptop. If I put my hands firmly on one side of the keyboard, the computer might tilt a bit, but that wouldn't be a problem in my case.
