Efficient Mini Ink Blending Set: 2 Tools and 4 Foams - 2 Pack Review

These are the perfect blending tools to use with my large collection of alcohol and oxide inks. However, each color needs its own foam, otherwise they have to be changed for each other color. Many of these hobbies can be expensive.

They are brand new and when I tried to change the velcro sponge to use a different color the velcro started to peel off and the soft side of the velcro also came off the sponge. I was more careful on the second hit, but the Velcro came loose anyway. I've re-taped the Fabri-Tac and hope it holds up better in the future. Painting/aging around the edges works great. You wouldn't think that a rounded blend tool would work much better than a rectangular one, especially for finishing edges, but it does. I love this little tool and the pads are Velcro so they are quick and easy to change out. You can also wash and reuse them. I personally use a mild liquid soap - just put it on the pad, rub it in, then rinse it off with water. DO NOT rinse with water.
