I bought these D-rings for an unusual purpose. I wanted to replace a broken zipper and needed something thin enough to fit the zipper puller. These D-rings are actually thinner than the original zip, but I was happy to see that the metal is strong enough to easily take the strain. The D-ring allowed me to insert a larger diameter real zipper that is easy to grip with gloves on.

This will primarily help with future marketing of this product. I wanted to make dog collars out of paracord so I bought these guys. I don't know how to measure sizes yet, so I bought the cheapest option. I'll find a use for them, but I'd appreciate it if you could use reference images to show relative size compared to an item of the same size. not to be confused with people like me. I've added an image that you can use as an example of what might help me.

The D-rings are smaller than I expected but I can still use them because I have a very small dog and bought them to turning her clothes into harness dresses. She's small enough for those little D-rings, just glad they're not smaller. I'd probably be better off with 3/4" D-rings. I personally rely heavily on reviews from others when shopping.
