FUNCTIONS: Used to protect power distribution facilities from overload and short-circuit damage, and can also be used for control and isolation. FAST TRIP: The electromagnetic trip system can trip immediately when the circuit is short-circuited to protect the safety of the circuit. ARC EXTINGUISHING: DC arc extinguishing is more difficult than AC. This DC mini circuit breaker has a magnetic system to assist arc extinguishing. It looks good but it dangles inside.

Looks like a well made mini hammer. I'm working on building a solar system so this will come in handy. It's just confusing that it rattles when shaken. I don't know is this normal? Or if something is wrong with him? I think I will. While I recommend.

Don't install a solar panel without one of these.

This protects your solar controller from damage by turning off the solar panel until the battery is connected. Whenever the battery is disconnected (reverse operation) this switch allows the solar panels to be disconnected first, preventing damage to the controller. All solar controllers warn against this costly mistake, ie. that the battery must always be connected first BEFORE the solar modules can feed their energy into the controller.

Solar/PV Circuit Protection

Summary: Use in solar/photovoltaic system, especially between modules and charge controller. Remarks: Easy to use; visual indication when triggered; easy to reset. They are designed to be mounted on a DIN rail. I'm going to fit these (and other circuit breakers) into the enclosure shown below. Recommendations: The general rule of thumb for selecting a circuit breaker is 125% above the maximum current. That's 32 amps for a circuit that normally carries 25 amps of current.
