Great product we have been using for many years

We love these Filler Pens that fill in the nail heads to give a finished look. They're no longer easy to find in stores, but luckily we can still find them online. Home Depot no longer sells Min-Wax products, but we found that Lowes has and still sells them. Same price, so save travel expenses.

Efficient and easy to use

It was so easy to use. I just dropped a heavy stand on my new coffee table and was really excited. It was recommended to me by a carpenter. I guessed with the color and it turned out right. It worked so well I can't even tell where the damage was! This would be great for minor dents in your closets, on your hardwood floors and furniture. It comes in a variety of colors. I saved my new table, I'm very happy with it.

Ideal filler for pre-painted nail holes.

We have used them several times to fill in nail holes in a pre-painted white finish. You just paint it until the hole is filled and then we wipe it with a soft cloth to remove the excess. The holes disappear and there is no need to mend the pants. They work great. The only downside is that the thread cuts and unwinds the paper. Sometimes you have to use a razor blade to remove the paper, but it's still the best filler we've used for our white trim.

Useful and practical on putty

When I use them, I always remember drawing classes in elementary school. All I remember is that my friends and I unwrapped them until the art teacher got upset. If I pay for them now, that's what I get. Also, they last forever to use, assuming you don't unwrap the box ahead of time. I've used them on a variety of things, but if you just need a bit of color they're absolutely golden. Well, if you have a dent or bump, colored wood putty/filler is the way to go. I'll admit I used to use a premium…

False advertising - the colors DO NOT match AT ALL!

I ordered Colonial Maple because its orange color goes best with the floor in our house. However, a real pencil will NOT match the color sample AT ALL. The color on the box is orange, brown, but the real pencil is much darker. As a result, the holes I'm trying to fill that were small black dots in the planks now just look like dark brown dots in the planks. Now this pencil is close to what it advertises. They need to be color matched to get good results, but if the crayon color advertised has…
