Did what it was supposed to do

I have a 5th wheel rv , all satelite receivers are now hdmi out not coaxial cable . I was stumped on converting coax to hdmi , this product worked very well .had to use a splitter for hdmi to run to tv and for second tv . If you are running your tvs off one receiver this will work . You just need a receiver for each tv one transmitter will work . Picture quality is great . It would have cost a lot more to rewire my trailer to hdmi . So far so good I will leave an update in the new year when the

Great solution for elongating long hdmi cables

We use this in our youth room at church, and when we go on retreats. With limited space, the last thing I want is cables running across the room. This was a perfect solution and works great!

Pros
  • Works great for using your existing cabling for a lot less money and headache than new cabling
Cons
  • Reciever would not power up returned for replacement crossing my fingers

Works great in my review

Works seamlessly allowing me to run the HDMI from the AVR through a coax cable from basement to family room one floor above

Pros
  • Compatible with Most Devices
Cons
  • No dedicated customer service helpline

It works but missing usb cable

It works as described the I only gave it 3 stars is because it didn’t come with USB to USB cable.I had to buy it separately. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Energy Efficient
Cons
  • May not support all resolutions and data formats

Cheap and it shows: my feedback

This displays a perfect picture wirelessly via HDMI, but this unit does not also transmit audio from a Canon XA11. Tried it multiple times before sending it back for a refund. I tried multiple HDMI cables too to make sure it wasn't a problem with the cable. HDMI straight to TV, audio and video. HDMI to these wireless units, just video.

Pros
  • Coaxial, HDMI
Cons
  • Produces a lot of heat during use

Can mirror your cable box to another room!

This is an amazing device. I never knew they had something that could do what I needed so effortlessly and cleanly. This allowed me to mirror my fios tv box that is in my bedroom to my living room. All you do is plug and play. There is no set up, no wifi to connect, nothing. You just plug it in, connect your hdmi cable from your cable box to the input, then the output to your tv on the transmitter box. On the receiver box, you just connect the hdmi to the tv, and you instantly have a second…

Pros
  • Package Content
Cons
  • Compatibility with few devices on the market

Glad I gave it another chance!

tl;dr - couldn't get it to work with display adaptors, but works great and even supports other usb peripherals beyond keyboard and mouse. The first time I tried this product, I hooked it up to a NUC with a HDMI to mini-HDMI converter. I got no signal, no matter what configuration I tried. I swapped where the power was hooked up, used different ethernet cables, nothing helped. The instructions were no help either as they were poorly translated and didn't actually tell you how to hook everything…

Pros
  • Cost-effective Solution: It is a cost-effective solution for extending HDMI signals over a coaxial cable
Cons
  • No customer support options available

Works as advertised

The product arrived super fast. Installation was very easy. My only criticism to this point, instructions are nonexistent and poor product labeling. I assumed the unit with T was the transmitter and the unit with the R receiver.

Pros
  • it converted the signal type as advertised
Cons
  • Inefficient in transmitting audio or video signals

Lasted About 3 Years, Worked Good

These were very easy to use and connect. They worked flawlessly, with zero perceptible delay. They died instantly just a bit shy of 3 years. Purchased another brand as a replacement. I didn't expect these to last forever but 3 years isn't that long for low power electronics to last.

Pros
  • Television & Video
Cons
  • Bulky design

works fine - finally

The product worked fine -- after we discovered a "signal multiplier" in line and removed it. Image quality is very good, and it's a big improvement of our old "analog" system.

Pros
  • 5.43 x 3.46 x 3.07 inches
Cons
  • Unattractive appearance

Might not work as you want, 720p and it will

I bought this extender to push a satellite TV signal over coax. It didn't work. However it does work with a Fire stick. I don't understand that why.Update:I changed the output of Dish to 720p. Works great.

Pros
  • Support for Multiple Resolutions: The Mirabox HDMI Coax Extender Receiver supports multiple resolutions, including 1080p, 720p, and 480p
Cons
  • Lacks auto-recovery features when interrupted

It works just fine with RG59!

It works. I was using a RG59 for a RCA Out to a second viewing location, but I replaced my dvr with a newer system and it didn’t have RCA out. This works great along with an hdmi splitter and now I get 1080p for both monitors.

Pros
  • The Mirabox HDMI Coax Extender Receiver ensures excellent video transmission quality over a single RG59/RG-6U coaxial cable
Cons
  • May require specialized software to operate

Awesome way to split HMDi without losing quality.

I like the fact that the product peforms as stated. I was considering going wireless to insure the quality on my receiving television would have high quality sound and video but this unit was affordable and performed great.

Pros
  • Remote Control Extenders
Cons
  • Lacks versatility

Picture quality is poor!

I use them for transferring Dish Network HDMI from living room to bedroom. There was a lag time that was really noticeable. Had to change settings to 720p which helped on regular viewing. Still have a choppy moving news bar. Sports seem to almost have streamers following players. Very dissatisfied!

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • May need frequent troubleshooting
