A piece of travertine just fell in the shower. Manufacturers have made similar repairs that you can see and just accept. We lived with a partial hole for about 8 months until I started looking for a solution. That's it. You will receive 2 colors and mix them as needed. Add some water, stir to get the consistency of peanut butter, and use a spatula to apply to the missing piece. It did a great job. A bit pricey and I used about 12 cents - but the result is worth the price!

I don't understand why it has so many good reviews unless most reviewers use it and test it right away without using or cleaning the floor. This material never hardens enough to withstand foot traffic or repeated mopping. Even after 3 days of hardening it's a bit firmer than if I used baking soda and water putty. It can easily be scraped out of the holes with a fingernail. It is easily destroyed by lightly rubbing with a wet finger. I am more dissatisfied with the wasted time than the wasted…

I have been experimenting with various products to repair cracks in the travertine tiles in our California home (earthquake and shrinkage issues). It absolutely works - our cracks were obvious, crossing several tiles. The instructions are quite simple and the results are simply wonderful. Other repairs are not visible.
