This product worked exactly as advertised! Cheaper than any other brand, translucent feels both durable and flexible (time will tell). It didn't smell and was easy to wash. Seems to give good detail but I'm very new to mold making so my experience is limited. The only downside was literally it took a month for delivery but for the price I agree!

I'm interested in new silicone casting and didn't know that sulfur in clay affects silicon and you need to use sulphur-free clay. The kit contains less volume than I was hoping for at 7 oz. won't go far. I used Crayola modeling clay to add dimension to the container. Where the clay was in contact with the grout, the silicone surface will remain tacky after a week. That annoys me, but if you want to use a clay model as a template, I don't think that's possible.

I don't think this product is that bad! You MUST ALWAYS stir for at least 5 minutes. I feel like a lot of people misunderstand this silicone. It's stretchy and UV compatible when not dyed, but you can dye it with mica if you'd like! It has almost no bubbles and it set, at least for me, in about 6 hours. Very satisfied! There were no instructions, but with some outside research you can learn how to use this particular silicone. The basically mix for five minutes and then pour.

The only reason this product received 4 stars is because it does not come with any instructions for use other than for 1:1 use. I had to research how to get good results from this product. On the other hand, beautiful shapes can be made from this liquid silicone. Very detailed and no bubbles.
