Can't see better in automotive electronics

I have a 2012 Elantra and it fits where it belongs. Unfortunately, that doesn't do me any good because the camera is pointing to the ground. Can't set it up and no parking lines appear on my screen even without cutting the wire provided that removes them.

The original camera cleared itself.

I bought this camera because the rear camera on our Elantra was very blurry. I ended up sending it back because the stock camera fixed itself. Please note that while this camera would fit the original hole, it did not use the original cables and connectors. As I studied the modifications, the camera cleared up.
