UPDATE 11/22/2020: The seller sent me a replacement for the broken heating pad, I've used it twice and it works. Don't expect this warmer to keep your coffee hot, it does what it says on the tin and keeps it warm. Customer service has been good in terms of replacement so I pray I will benefit from that. I really enjoy using this product. For the price I'm happy and would recommend it. I would say as others have mentioned it could be a bit hotter. There are only certain types of flat-bottomed mugs that work well when heated. I usually use it to melt candle wax. It doesn't get hot enough to "dissolve" the wax, but it will dissipate the scent of the wax.
