Description of 🔪 Misen 3 Inch Paring Knife - Small Kitchen Knife for Precise Cutting of Fruit, Vegetables, and More - Ultra Sharp High Carbon Steel Blade, Blue

Small But Mighty: The Misen paring knife is the perfect companion tool to a classic chef knife. A smaller blade helps make precision cuts effortless and will elevate the fine-detail work in your kitchen. Premium Steel: The small knife is crafted from AICHI AUS-10 steel which offers a superior balance between long lasting sharpness and durability with 2x the carbon content of some other “premium” knives. Peeling, Slicing & More: An excellent fruit knife, Misen paring knives step in when a standard chef’s knife might be too big for the task at hand. Precision slicing, chopping, and peeling, all made effortless. Unique Design: A distinctive sloped bolster shape encourages a proper and safer "pinch grip” for better comfort and control. The vegetable knife also features a more acute 15 degree angle for a noticeably sharper cutting face. Unmatched Value: We could charge more for our kitchen knives, but that would be wrong. We believe in using the best materials possible and selling directly to you at a fair and honest price.

Nice well balanced knife

Nice knife. Good balance and weight. I like a very sharp 15 degree blade, but this is my first knife with a blade like this. I use Chefs Choice to sharpen my knives and they sharpen at 20 degrees. So if that blade gets dull, I'll either need a new sharpener or I'll have to change the blade. I think that's a small problem. I've only had the knife for a week but so far so good.

  • Good build quality

Reliable, no-frills knife

This paring knife is just the knife you want to use to quickly and easily chop fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the small knife, I can cut fruit quickly and easily. The blade here is sharp, but not sharp enough to cut your fingers when slicing fruit. I was blown away by how light the knife was even though the metal is strong. I found the handle to be a little lighter than expected, but it served its purpose. Overall an excellent knife.

Worth every penny! Durable, sharp and elegant!

I recently purchased this knife and am very impressed with all aspects! First, the packaging was simple and professional. When I unpacked it, I noticed its durability almost immediately. It fits perfectly in my hand and easily cuts different types of fruit and vegetables. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to any of my friends and family - an absolute steal, especially for the price!

Beautiful kitchen helper

The first thing that struck me was the weight. After 18 years of using professional knives you get used to the weight and feel of the knife, with Misen's weight being better than other paring knives we own. The handle fits my hand really well and has a good feel which allows for nice cutting. I like the little indentation to put your finger in - I found my other paring knife doesn't have it and I prefer to use the misen instead. The blade is also very sharp and cut through some of the squash I…
