I like how easy it was to use and set up as well as customize. It's very user friendly! The only thing I don't really like about mi sentinel is that sometimes you would go in there and see an error message pop up but then when you refreshed it wouldn't show any errors anymore. So if you are having issues with your system try refreshing it or restarting your computer. You can also check out their support team. I like how easy it was to use once set up with my phone number as an account username! Also having all calls go into one place really helped me during this pandemic when i had so many employees working from home or not able because they were sick themselves - which led them asking where their scheduled shifts are/are supposed be etc..
