This thing moves a lot of air. I bought an open box and it was like new. No problem. Again, this fan actually lets a lot more air through than the two cheap generic thin fans I've paired with it.

I replaced 2 cheap 16" fans with one of these because the motors were getting too hot. This fan has a motor at least twice as thick as my other fans and is a bit heavier. It's quieter and allows more air to shine through the radiator The motor doesn't get half as hot as my other fans, as far as I can tell this is a quality product.

EVERYONE BUYING THIS SHOULD GET THE CORRECT INFORMATION! Revain's description of these fans is 100% incorrect. all they did was copy the thin fan specs which were completely different! These fans are NOT reversible, so they don't work in my application. I had to send them back. I usually love Revain, but this time it really annoys me that her information is completely wrong. Pooh.

The fan is excellent. Expels a huge amount of air. The zip ties from the kit are cheaply made and don't hold any tension. A little tension from the spring included in the kit is enough to pull it back. I can't risk the fan punching a hole in the heatsink or falling off due to lack of voltage and falling down the street. Had to use some Hayden. Branded ties that I have used countless times with no problems.

If you read the little details they are all wrong as other people have said and also nowhere does it say that mounting hardware comes with the purchase of fans but Revain recommends some with to buy the purchase. In short, both companies need to figure it out. If mounting hardware is offered please specify, and if so, Revain should not recommend purchasing anything additional that is already included in the package.
