I just installed it on my 2005 f250. Fits like a glove. MORE PLASTIC. So far no problems. It looks good but I bought it mainly for the durability of the product. I recommend this product for every car

My radiator started leaking on my 06 f250 5.4L. I bought this as an upgrade. The 5.4 has a 1.75" lower radiator hose and this radiator had a 2" hole because it was designed for the 6.0 diesel engine. After some work, the hose went on. Another 1.5 liters of coolant were needed.

Bought to replace the original radiator in my truck which had cracks (plastic). Pretty easy exchange, not a lot of swear words. Today we made our first long journey with lower temperatures and seemingly better performance. I'm curious how it will be the first time we tow the 5th wheel.

I have been satisfied with previous Mishimoto coolers. Especially the way the radiators are packed for shipping. This cooler was expensive and not packaged as well as previous purchases. The radiator was damaged and had to be fitted before our next trailer ride with no time to re-order. The attached photos show damage.

The box was slightly torn on arrival from the USPS but the styrofoam protected it from damage. A very simple install took about an hour and I didn't have to remove anything extra just the radiator hoses and transmission lines. You must remove the fittings from the original shaft and put them on the new one. Also added is a Mishimoto coolant filter for added protection.

Like Steve Treimer I have an older version of mmrad-f2d-03 NOT mmrad-f2d-60. The old version is about $250 cheaper at Revain. The clips at the top of the box were pulled out and a single plastic tie held the box closed. I have not found a "genuine serial number plate" anywhere on the radiator. I guess now I have to send it back and my truck won't start as quickly.

Called Mishimoto to find out they were 3 weeks late and said to order it from Revain! So I did. hit the time window they said I would. The only thing wrong was all the youtube videos said I would need quick release bushings to remove the trance lines. Came with threaded fittings and my lines connected perfectly so I guess it wasn't wrong after all. Everything was amazing!

The cooler looks solid overall. After unpacking, I found that the lover's hose nozzle was bent. I've used a hammer and the handle of an old screwdriver to finish it off with some success. (See photos) This spot leaked a little after adding coolant. I had to move the bracket closer to the radiator and was able to seal it, but I have to keep an eye on it. A bit disappointing on the QA side. The package is whole, the radiator is flat. I don't think it was damaged in transit.

A few issues with this heatsink. The box was undamaged but had regular stamps on it. The bodice was no longer stapled but held in place by two straps. When removing the radiator from the box for installation, it was clearly twisted, as can be seen in the photo. I'm assuming it's a delivery issue. However, the heat sink also seems to be an inch too high. It sinks entirely on rubber grommets, but sits an inch higher than the stock radiator and is too high for the radiator to mount. 1 star for…
