It definitely helped! of Radiators and Accessories

2014 F150 – a bit pricey and hard to come by hoses on the intake and exhaust, but it definitely keeps the powertrain stable at 200-206 when towing a 31ft RV . Would recommend.

Pros
  • Patent Pending
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

The connection size does not correspond to that of the series cooler.

Had to run to the dealership to buy an extra hose and built in adapter. Mishimoto's port sizes did not match the size of the incoming and outgoing ports. It is not possible to lubricate or install the tube with pressure or grease.

Pros
  • Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty
Cons
  • Disappears

A very expensive part that required an extra part to fit properly!

The inlet and outlet hoses are too big for the original hose already installed on my 2012 F150. I measured the inlet/outlet at 18mm.) The hose needs to be pushed in as hard as you can and you might be able to get it halfway through. Now I have no way of removing that hose or radiator without cutting the hose and it's costing me another $50-$100. Reinstall the original transmission cooler. For a very expensive part it should be easy to install. If it doesn't affect the temperature I'll send it…

Pros
  • 14 row tube and fin design for maximum cooling and flow
Cons
  • Expensive

Total disaster - beware!

THIS WAS A DISASTER FOR ME - YOU MAY BE LUCKY. If you have any doubts or concerns about doing it yourself, have a qualified mechanic/body shop do the job. The manufacturer's video said it was a simple direct replacement for my 2014 Ford F150. The Mishimoto didn't even snap securely into the Ford mount. It was too big on one side. The bulge in the inlet and outlet pipes was too large to fit into the existing connection hoses. The factory intercooler had straight tubes. The pressure required to…

  • 197% more liquid volume and 94% more core volume than stock cooler
Cons
  • Not bad
