The inlet and outlet hoses are too big for the original hose already installed on my 2012 F150. I measured the inlet/outlet at 18mm.) The hose needs to be pushed in as hard as you can and you might be able to get it halfway through. Now I have no way of removing that hose or radiator without cutting the hose and it's costing me another $50-$100. Reinstall the original transmission cooler. For a very expensive part it should be easy to install. If it doesn't affect the temperature I'll send it back.
