Leaking from the drain hole, the seal at the drain hole is broken and leaking through the o-ring where the clear plastic connects to the filter. It just blew up my first flight.

Do not use these filters. The seals are not designed for ethanol in gasoline. Within 48 hours the seals broke and fuel began leaking into my hold.

DO NOT BUY! One last little ride and the fuel separator plates popped everywhere. Gas everywhere on the back of our boat. Thank god it didn't happen in the water. Happened to me while tucking the ball.

I installed this item and it has made a few short trips. I took it out yesterday and the bowl fell off while driving, you can't screw it back in. I put it next to my old one and the thread on the new bowl is much smaller than on my old one, my old bowl fits. This is a very bad shortcoming.

Very dangerous product! It can't be that they used the right plastic to make this item! The threads are leaking like a sieve after only a few weeks of use. As far as I know, it's been leaked before! Revain may not endorse this product and must return four and a full refund to all!

Tried three of these now, on hot days the gas pressure in the filter causes the seals to fail and gas leaks everywhere. Even worse when the pressure in the gas tank also increases because all the gas is poured into the hold. In the second, all the fuel spilled when the plastic thread ripped between the canister and the shell. twice the seal around the drain didn't last more than a week.

I didn't realize how wrong/misleading my original review was. Exclusively related to the price. I bought on April 21st. Drove my 150hp Mariner in the back yard with clutches. Because of illness (I'm 84) I only tried to walk again on 09/29/21 (with sleeves). Not started! It turned out that the plastic bowl had fallen off. Reset failed. The threads are obviously shriveled by the ethanol. Even if Revain doesn't give me my money back. I think the retailer/manufacturer should be held accountable. I…
