My husband was showing an interest in making his own cocktails so I thought this would be a good set to experiment with. He loves to! Super quality for the price, IMHO. It looks great on the wall or on the counter and now I can have a mojito every weekend. No complaints here!

Overall this is a worthy product. The wooden stand doesn't feel as solid as I was hoping, but it still looks pretty good. My biggest problem is with the shaker. I've let mixture seep between the jar and the lid on a number of occasions, even though it appears to be closed. I first noticed this with large cocktails like the Ramos Gin Fizz.

The gunmetal looks great and I really wanted to like them but after just one use the paint on the shaker and agitator started peeling. Serious? For $80 you expect a better painting process than paints that won't adhere to stainless steel - how about REAL gunmetal?! To return.

I bought this kit as an anniversary gift for my hubs and unfortunately the original product broke. Luckily after contacting the seller not only did he do everything right by sending us a new set but he also kept tabs on us the whole time and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Customer service alone would bring me back to this product, they were amazing! All in all, the new kit has arrived and it has everything a budding drink lover needs.

First of all this is a great bar set. I was looking for something that would go well with the breakfast bar I recently built for our new home. As you can see, this is the central part. The wooden box tool holder fits my wood and iron pipe rod perfectly. The instruments are all of very good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. I look forward to entertaining guests and showing off my bar and bar tools. I'm a bourbon lover so the menu will be dated but this summer they have mojitos.

Update: May 5th First time making a margarita in this thing and it was frozen and I couldn't get the frigging lid off! I used to have shakers and heard about them but never came across them. I wanted to learn how to make cocktails and was looking for a good bar set. This one looked good and had good reviews so I bought it for myself. It's almost perfect, but I had a lot of trouble with the shaker, which is probably the most important ingredient.
