I am a big fan of Mizuno running shoes, I have been choosing their running shoes for over 10 years but they are very disappointing. Firstly, in almost all regular size shoes/sneakers/sandals etc, I am a size 6.5. The sizing of these shoes (and other Mizuno style sneakers I've tried on in the store) wobbly! So I've been using Waveform for 13 years and this update was very disappointing. First, they're a lot heavier than previous models, which likely means more cushioning and can be used for longer runs. I don't feel like it has the same arch support and it bothers my calves a bit. The toe box is smaller and it feels like my toe is resting on the midfoot of the shoe.
