The Mizuno Wave Shadow 3 has a very good design. The only way to improve this shoe is to change the design of the insert to provide more cushioning. But as a racing shoe, it's light and very comfortable. Worth buying another pair.

I'm on my 3rd pair of shoes. Started with version 2 and had two pairs of Wave Shadow 3. These shoes are amazing. Lightweight and feels great. Typical runs are 3-8 miles at a pace of 6:30 to 8:00 minute miles. These shoes go with everything. The only downside is that the wet grip isn't the best. You get what looks like a small bug. I am now switching to other shoes. make no mistake

I loved the fit and feel of these shoes. It's disappointing that I only had 1 month to return or replace them in case of a problem. 4 days after this window closed the sole started to fall apart as shown in the attached photos. Very disappointed after spending the amount of money I spent buying these shoes.

This was the third pair of Mizuno shoes I bought. The landing was a little tighter than the previous two. The soles were a far cry from the soft soles I'm used to, so I returned them today.
