Too extreme? no Extremely beautiful, yes.

From the name and after reading some of the reviews, I expected it to have an almost flashy shine. I'm happy to report that it's a lot prettier and tastier than I expected. All colors stand out on black, but are less noticeable on a light surface. The luster is very fine, almost invisible in the white matter, except perhaps in the form of overflows. Applied to some crystal clear pearls it gives a frosty iridescent finish which I love but really shines on black.

  • Hands-free operation

Glitter for crafting

I wouldn't say it's an "extreme" glitter, but it's definitely an iridescent glitter that pleases the eye. I used a thin coat for my project as shown in the photo and got some shine but not as much as I expected. If you want a very glossy finish, use multiple coats. The texture it leaves is quite rough due to the gloss, so I recommend using a gloss finish once it's fully dry that will also seal in any loose gloss that hasn't already been glued to the podge mod. If you had a regular Podge mod, it

Not that different from Sparkle Mod Podge

I really like this Extreme Glitter Mod Podge but I don't see much difference between Sparkle and Extreme Glitter. It just looks like it has a little more glitter in it, but it's not a different type of glitter, no more shiny, big, metallic etc. The texture is a bit more like sandpaper because of the extra glitter. But even so, they don't seem very different. Please see my video review. You can achieve a similar if not identical look to the Sparkle Mod Podge by applying 2 coats. As far as I can…

So beautiful.but. it wasn't properly sealed.

The material itself is easy to work with and the sheen is very nice, especially for those who like to make everything shiny. However, my husband does NOT. I took it to the backyard to seal the projects I was working on. I took it out of the box, shook it and BAM! The top part was coming off, the seal that should have been on the NEW packages was NOT sealed so it all came on. Outside, chairs, tables, patio, van, hose, my arm, my arm, shirt and pants were CLOSED. I quickly washed everything I…

A very nice addition to the Mod Podge line!

I bought this to paint a large white full moon, part of a mural I painted on the front wall of our hallway. It's transparent so it can be worn over any base colour, it's lightweight and easy to apply, it dries quickly so it can be reapplied quickly, leaves a beautiful shine after just one coat and washes off easily with soap and water. (Stir well before applying to distribute glitter throughout.) These are multicolored iridescent glitters (similar to holographic) not pure silver. I'd be happy…

Pros
  • For use on paper, wood, fabric, plastic etc.

  • A few little things
