It sticks together as advertised. We used it for the puzzle and I wore the coat front and back. A coat was enough. Just note that you must first find a way to place the puzzle on the piece of cardboard, since the Mod Podge will end up on the table. how did i do it I had one of those big vintage wooden pizza peels. If you don't have an old pizza peel, you can buy one from Revain. And then actually use it on pizza too.

Works best with art glues and pastes

I glued 4 puzzles with over 3000 pieces and the results are the same. It turns white but dries clear. It leaves some texture but kinda adds depth to the image and makes it a little livelier. We usually leave wax paper under our jigsaw puzzle design to make the glue easy to stick to the sheets or jigsaw puzzle when sticking together, which is easy to peel off and throw away. If you don't, the puzzle will tend to stick to what you're working with on your puzzle, but it won't ruin your puzzle if…

Ideal if you want to turn your jigsaw puzzle into a keepsake.

Ideal if you want to turn your jigsaw puzzle into a memento. I've read several reviews mentioning that the glue seeps through and affects the surface underneath the puzzle. While it's always a good idea to protect your work surface (we used a flat 13-gallon white garbage bag), we haven't encountered any leakage. This is probably due to the different qualities of the puzzles compared to the Mod Podge itself. We love Ravensburger puzzles, the quality of their puzzles is such that there is no…

Great price, trusted brand, multiple offers.

I bought it firstly because Mod Podge is a reliable brand that is used everywhere and secondly because of the price. Compared to the previous glue I used, this was very inexpensive! I have a 3000 piece jigsaw puzzle that I just finished and I wanted to save my work. Some advantages: - Nice finish, although it's a white glue it turns out transparent, not too shiny and doesn't distract from the puzzle itself. Lots of glue to work with, I didn't run out of 3000 pieces - dries quickly! I was…

Amazing results with the right technique.

One 8 ounce bottle makes approximately four 24 x 18 500 piece jigsaw puzzles with 3 layers on the front and 1 layer on the back. We assemble our jigsaw puzzles on a laminate countertop (the sink is cut out) and I've found that I can stick the glue directly onto it and the dried jigsaw glue comes off easily. This is convenient because you don't have to worry; You can also just brush the edges to seal them. I apply with a 3" expensive brush. (Nothing fancy, but if you use a 99 cent shavings brush
