Excellent quality. You have far exceeded my expectations. I paint a lot of miniatures and these brushes are great. I would recommend getting another set like the Miniature Set of 7 Ultra Fine Detail Brushes like the Modelmakers Miniature Set of 7 Ultra Fine Detail Brush if you are working on very fine detail. last.

I love these brushes and you can't beat them for the price. I personally prefer them to the more expensive Citadel brushes; Hair doesn't pull out like cheap brushes, holds its shape well even after heavy use, and you get almost all the brushes you need in one set! As with all brushes, you must wash your brushes regularly with mild soap to avoid staining and hardening of the bristles.

Terrible set. If you like painting miniatures, don't buy it, brushes for the smallest details are very bad. My teacher got frustrated after about 10 minutes trying to help me paint and then gave me one of her own sable brushes as a gift. I've been using it for a year now. End up buying sable brushes, or at least good quality brushes. However, this set is not worth your money and time.

so far so good. I checked each brush to make sure the tips were securely attached to the handles. Before painting with it, I immediately washed each brush and treated it with The Masters Brush Cleaner and Preserver. Good brush set for the price. They happen to be similar to the GW brushes and are a suitable size for me. I would recommend them to any beginner who doesn't want to pay more than $70 for a GW set but doesn't want to settle for a cheap hobby store brush set. That's a good compromise.
