I was looking for something to use as a towel rack for our downstairs bathroom and it looked so cute and different. Bought without hesitation. It came quickly but when I went to hang it I found it impossible. The parts were soldered together and could not be separated, which is necessary for hanging. I ended up throwing it in the trash because nobody could answer me if I should send a replacement. WASTE OF MONEY!

I love the modern look of this towel rail compared to all the others we've seen. Dislikes: silver screws, how noisy it is when drying hands, black stain from towel warmer on wall from swinging back and forth, stand unscrews easily (probably from swinging back and forth). They're different and that's why we like them. We have two with bath towels and one with a hand towel. They rattle against the wall and ring like bells if you're not careful when removing the towels. It doesn't bother me too much. You will need to unscrew the round part of the stem so the triangular part can be put on. One of the bars we received had a VERY difficult round part to unscrew (which you have to do to assemble the joint). The only way to remove it was to use these heavy duty pliers…

Excellent value for money. The product is durable and consists of 3 parts: a base that screws to the wall, a rod mount, a triangular towel rail. Three screws are visible on the bottom plate, but that's an industrial look, so I don't mind. I installed this half a year ago and am worried I haven't tested it yet! Other reviews mentioned that they were unable to assemble the parts due to the way they were welded. I thought so too, but you have to twist the piece with the lightbulb. The whole tribe joins in! You do NOT have to break the welded part!
