Used Product Best in Sink & Bath Spouts

I have just received this product and can see that it has been used. Everything inside is rusty. It is not stated that the product will be used in advertising.

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Some Imperfections

A piece of junk. - Rough plumbing

I've had this product for almost 2 months when the sheet's handle was pulled over the top and a chunk fell down the drain. I got it but at over sixty dollars it should have taken longer. I used to use Moen a lot in the past, but it's not worth the hassle.

Pros
  • Hands-free work

Good quality product and easy to install

It's a bit expensive but it's a quality spout. Fits perfectly on my threaded pipe. Fits perfectly on the edge of the bathtub. We have minerals in the water that usually stick the shower screen together so we'll see how it holds up. I will buy another one as a spare.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Damaged

Design changed to Junk

The design of this spout has changed significantly compared to previous reviews. There are no gaskets in the deflector, just a plastic plate with a huge 1/16 inch gap between it and the water hole. If it works at all, plenty of water will flow, and I doubt it will work at all. It also has no grid in the hole to create good water flow. It will splash everywhere. What a disappointment.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

Poor customer service

This rating is also based on the poor customer service I've experienced. Customer service was difficult to contact and when I finally spoke to a representative the experience was disappointing. Customer service was dismissive and indifferent to all requests. She seemed to have limited knowledge of the product and didn't bother to look at the model's specs or try to help in any way. Service only comes with attitude and when you ask a question you feel uncomfortable. It was a waste of time. I…

On time and on time

Just before our Christmas guests arrived, the guest room shower decided that when the shower was activated, water should also spurt out of the spout in a wild pattern. There's nothing a trip to Homer's Grand Store can't fix. Or so I thought. I was provided with a repair kit which just annoyed me. Of course, it wasn't the usual time that I could just go back to the store. After a lot of research and a few adult drinks, I decided that a new spout was the way to go. I ordered and two days later…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
