This rating is also based on the poor customer service I've experienced. Customer service was difficult to contact and when I finally spoke to a representative the experience was disappointing. Customer service was dismissive and indifferent to all requests. She seemed to have limited knowledge of the product and didn't bother to look at the model's specs or try to help in any way. Service only comes with attitude and when you ask a question you feel uncomfortable. It was a waste of time. I regretted this purchase and would only recommend it if you are 100% sure this model will fit.
