I had the Water Sense model installed (1.75 GPM). There was not the expected flow to clean the soap quickly and well. So I replaced it with this one (2.5 gpm). Balanced flow, no water loss.

We have a leak in the shower pipe connection (pipe threads ie tapered thread and straight thread, inside the shower head) to the shower head due to an incompatible straight thread pipe connection in the back connection. I had to use pipe grease and teflon tape to seal the connection. Otherwise the shower head worked perfectly.

I installed this showerhead while thinking how it might work with smaller dimensions? It has to be the technology inside because it actually works better than the previous big shower head I had. I will always be amazed by this little shower head and it is definitely one of the joys of my bathroom. Did I forget to mention how good it looks?
