Just received this and there are some nicks on the spout and handle. I expected more from Moen products. I really hope I haven't received a used or returned product.

Easy to install. I love the hand magnet! And Moen has a lifetime warranty for the first owner only. If something goes wrong, give them a call and they'll ship the parts to you for free!

This versatile shower combo offers 3 different spray patterns with a flexible hose and a convenient way to stop the flow of water while you lather, saving you water overall. Plus it looks really good and compliments our updated shower enclosure.

This is a good shower head if you don't want heavy rain. We also have a hard time getting hot water unless you keep your head close. The wand appears to be cheaply made. If you drop it, you have to put it back together. I'm not as happy with it as I thought I would be.

We purchased this unit from Revain and hired a professional plumber to install it. After installation we found that the shower head was leaking due to the magnet. It was obviously too late to return it to Revane. We couldn't have managed this without another expensive plumbing service. We called Moen. They said the unit was broken and sent us a new shower head. I just installed this part myself and now it seems perfect.

I like the look but can't replace the spout as there are no internal components inside the spout. The photo shows our old spout versus the new one, both are snapless spouts, both Moen products. Of course no support until the weekday. The product arrived early but is pretty much useless without the right parts. One star because I have to rate it. More and more household items come from Revain with missing parts. I truly believe that used parts are returned, packaged without inspection and resold

I liked the design of this product as it offers a fixed shower in addition to a hand held shower at a very reasonable price. Installing them is inherently difficult, but Moen makes it relatively easy and the instructions are clear. Everything was going fine except it didn't shut down completely and dripped a bit. I've always liked Moen products. They are easy to install and good value for money. I currently live in 20+ yr. old house and wanted to update the bathroom/shower fixtures. The current tub spout configuration is 1/2" sliding copper tubing. The previous (old) tub spout included an adapter (insert) that fit into the spout and screwed onto it, allowing the spout to be a tight fit with no leaks.
