Coordinates with our other lights and serves as a towel in the sink area. The only minor complaint is that it sticks out 3.5 inches from the wall from the base to the towel ring, which is further than my previous towel rail. I'm glad we had space to accommodate it.

Do not buy this item. I installed 3 of them (I bought 5). One is fine, 1 has a threading issue and is not sure, the 3rd installs but is very shaky. I will not drill holes in my new house, not even for a 4th or 5th try. I don't know how this product sells mine at all, unrealistic.

Couldn't keep this in place and several people told me I installed it incorrectly. but no one has been able to get a set screw to hold it in place. I ended up getting fed up with it falling (and afraid it would damage the counter) and just put a hook in its place. Packaging was not included, return not possible. Very unexpected for a Moen product.

I had this shelf near the sink to hold my towel. It looks very nice and stylish but when changing the towel the ring fell off - the set screw that attached it to the wall bracket was so tiny and flimsy that it didn't hold it anymore. There was no hard use of this holder. The previous owner was there at least 15 years.

Don't waste your time with the molybdenum screws that come with the kit, they make HUGE holes and come off. Use the regular ones you buy at the hardware store. Almost every moan (I installed 7) that required me to use the included Molly screws came loose within a week and I had to take them off, patch and paint the huge hole that was left and then reinstall higher than I originally wanted.

We have replaced all of our towel rails, toilet paper holders and towel rings with this line. The end results are great, but the installation required drilling double horizontal holes, perpendicular to the existing ones, to attach the fixings. Most jigs I've seen mount on a vertical support, which involved removing the old vertical mounting bases and installing similar but horizontal mounting pads. The installation process was easy and the instructions were sufficient. The included drywall anchors were actually very good compared to what I'm used to from kits. Just make sure to use a spirit level when installing the mount and carefully follow the arrow on the mount to install the mount with the set screw facing down. It looks and feels good when installed. It's a little more expensive than other options, but very modern and stylish. The packaging was good, with fast delivery and no damage
