This product is great. Docked a star because the included wall plugs are terrible and the included Phillips head screws have shallow grooves that a regular screwdriver would keep slipping out of. Moen Towel Rail is a good product. Just few minutes for installation (follow the instructions). Very durable with wall anchors. For the anchors, you'll need to use a 5/16" drill bit that looks like you're going to drill a large hole in the wall. But this is the right decision. The end result is a stylish and durable towel warmer.

This towel rail is beautiful and will fit me. The only problem I have (which is more of an oversight on my part) is how far it sticks out from the wall. It's more like hanging a large bath towel than hanging small hand towels the size of a sink. It will work, and it's only on my sink, which is kind of hidden, but I'd prefer it closer to the wall.
