When I first wore this shirt it was good. When running, I can feel the airflow inside due to the mesh in this shirt. But the first time I washed it in cold water, the shirt started shrinking and now I feel like it's a bit tight. So regardless of your size, choose a plus size so that it also gets smaller and you don't feel constricted.
