I'm a size 8, have big, bulging legs and they fit me perfectly. You have a slight stretch. I bought them so my rough heels wouldn't puncture the sheets. I deducted one star because they are quite thin and almost slip off at times when I roll over or roll over in bed. But they work for what I need them for.

I washed my socks before I put them on or tried them on. They were washed in a thin pouch. They sat down and some of the stitching came undone at the toes. The toes shrank a few inches. Now they look like baby socks. They're as long as my palm or my iPhone, so the heel seam is on the bottom of the foot, not where it should be.
