Nice job on my deck that hasn't been cleaned or sealed in years. It was a mess and this product did a great job following the manufacturer's directions.

Works great on facades. There were a few areas that had excessive algae build up and required a double visit. Easy to use. Spray, wait ten minutes and rinse. I will buy again. FYI: Both the deck version and the siding version have the same ingredients, buy whichever is cheaper.

Worked well but it took a few uses to completely remove the black mold stains from my deck. A very caustic solvent to me, it smells like bleach. My deck is about 14ft by 14ft, it took 2 gallons to complete the job. No scrubbing required, leave on surface for approximately 20 minutes then rinse with water/garden hose.

great price and everything works great. I used it for my siding instead of a deck. I sprayed it on and washed it off after a few minutes. A lot flaked off when sprayed, but that's how much flaked off after a few minutes. My siding and trim around my porch are so clean I decided to fix my windows. That's great. I highly recommend it!

This thing smells and looks exactly like bleach. Although nothing on the label indicates the active substance. which is strange. unless they are trying to hide something. Yes, of course it will fight mold and mildew. in the end what kind of bleach is not? However, it cannot be applied to wood products. Never apply bleach to wood.

Works well. I applied generously, worked with a stiff broom and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. I've used 3 bottles of this and found that applying with a large pump sprayer works great, apply to controllable sections at a time, don't let sections dry while they wait (apply a small amount of cleanser or water to areas that appear dry )

WOW! Bought to remove dirt stains on the COMPOSITE NOZZLE after removing my outside mats for the winter. It worked amazingly (almost too well) - now I need more to make the whole deck. I just poured it straight out (no hose), scrubbed a bit with a brush (although it started working on its own almost immediately!), and then hosed it off after a few minutes. One caveat: It contains bleach, so be prepared to wear old shoes, old clothes, gloves, and goggles.
