I need this for foot ulcers, but much smaller than a full sheet. Because it still cuts, it's much better than the 4x4 size.

The product does not meet my expectations. I ordered 2 boxes and they were almost expired. not very happy with it. called mepilex and said they can be used.

Great product. Can stay in place for days and won't stick to wounds. Silver (ag) is by far the best option as it is a natural antimicrobial.

I used these to close the 'donor site' for a recent skin graft. Eventually (when my graft was sufficiently advanced) I used it on the graft itself.
