BAD PRODUCT! - Industrial Electrical

Broke within the first hour of use. My dad used this for Halloween, the kid would press the pedal to ring the bell and the candy would go down the slide. After the fourth child pressed the pedal, it stopped working. Very disappointed with the quality (no) of this product.

Tested and working on NO and NC. Simple footswitch.

Proven NC and NO contacts. Is working. It's basically a push button footswitch. Because of the clicking, the sound of switching from contact to open went. I like the tone so I know when to make contact. Momentary button function, so must be pressed so that NO pins are connected. Cannot be held responsible for durability as I just received it. It is made of plastic with 4 rubber feet.

Beautiful foot switch

Looks good, but note this: Very narrow wire, about half the size of 18 gauge wire. So small I can't even tell it's a .24 or something. It just doesn't feel right given the 10A rating. The cable is about two meters long, so your 10 amps have to travel four meters back and forth on this tiny cable. However, if you have a low-power application, there may not be a problem. I was able to open the box and it has a micro switch rated for 16A so that's good. But the strain relief isn't effective…
