Stop looking around and just grab this one.

Works fantastic out of the box. Peripherals also work great. I have 2 HDMI monitors, a wireless numeric keypad and a power adapter and everything works great. This thing is completely plug and play, EVEN FOR A CHROMEBOOK. Stay away, I would buy again and again.

Does the job - computers and accessories

Like many people, I have 2 monitors at home, a USB webcam, a USB microphone and a wireless keyboard and mouse. With the addition of a small 4-port USB hub, this little device allows me to easily switch between using my HP/Windows work laptop during the workday and my personal Chromebook at other times, and still get the full workstation experience. One thing I missed when I ordered that this unit does NOT have an audio jack to connect to speakers. So I still have to switch manually. But it's my

Not bad, not perfect

Generally it does what I need. A couple of minor complaints are that the cable that connects to the computer is quite short, making it difficult to place it anywhere without dangling if you don't have a suitable place to attach it. For example, my laptop and monitor are on two different stands, so I don't have a place to set it down without it dangling to the side. Also, sometimes my external monitor that works through this device goes on and off and I have to disconnect and reconnect to stopโ€ฆ

Good value but only lasted 2 weeks

EDIT: Hub stopped working after about 2 weeks. Sent back for a refund. Works great on my Asus ROG G731GW Hero III for connecting dual monitors via the USB-C port. True plug and play, nothing is required except changing the display settings to extended desktop. The build quality is good, the case is made of aluminum. Connector ports are strong, with no play. Comes with a carry case which is a nice bonus. I am generally satisfied with the performance and the price.
