Great customer experience plus perfect features

The platform was easy for our team of 6 individuals, with no previous e-commerce or digital marketing knowledge at all (it just makes sense!), who joined us in less than 2 months after we signed up! Also, their support is always very fast - sometimes it's even faster then expected ;-)The system works really well; there are some things that can be improved but I believe they will fix them soon enough as this app has been already used by many people from different countries since November 2018…

Pros
  • I really like the simple to use tool, the easy to use platform and the great support of the team
Cons
  • I think there is no need to create a new app or a new feature it's not needed at all as the tool is already very powerful but it would be great to create a chat
