Works perfectly. Best audio and video accessories

This works great for exactly what we need. We have 4 TVs in our conference room and wanted them to show the same screen (for video conferencing). We used a Google ChromeCast connected to the input and each TV as the output on this unit. We can now stream from our laptop to all 4 TVs in the room. Works great for us!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Vulgarity

I am building a video studio. I have already integrated 2 matrices that worked out of the box and are intuitive. They stay fixed on the switched settings even if I turn off the device. My 3rd Matrix arrived today from FedEx. The cost is high compared to other sensors that say they are professional 4K. Now let's look at long-term reliability.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Worked perfectly! - Audio and Video Accessories

I used a 4x4 matrix to display a live stream from two laptop inputs to four big screen monitor outputs for a large event. It worked perfectly. The two output lines were connected using 65ft and 75ft HDMI cables. Those who wondered how it was done were amazed. LOVE the remote! I streamed non-stop for about 13 hours a day for 4 days and the matrix was very solid. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Problem

Initial video switching but remote operation

Lots of testing done on this HDMI matrix, HD-SDI video via media converter and direct HDMI cable, and the video is as pristine as you are. I expect. Great for the price as matrices can be expensive; However, the range is limited. If you're more than 10 feet away, you have to go inside for the remote to actually switch. Plus, it really is an HDMI matrix! I would buy again.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Not satisfied

Works well, right price

It works exactly as I expected. Whoever designed this loves LEDs. The LEDs on the front are so bright I bought window tint to dim them. These LEDs made the power indicator completely redundant, so I sealed them with black tape. There are eight LEDs on the back that indicate when an HDMI connection is made, but who can see them on the back? But it works well for my needs and is a lot cheaper than any other similar device.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Damaged

Good product for the price

It works well and is easy to set up. It can only push one resolution through its matrix at a time. If you have multiple monitors with different resolutions, this can be a problem. I bought it to send audio to my AVR and video to a spare monitor. I would love if it could stream 4k to my monitor and HDMI audio to my AVR, but since my AVR can't handle a 4k signal I have to downsample the video to 1080p if I'm using my 4k monitor and have audio would like . through my stereo speakers. I'm lucky…

Pros
  • Solid build
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good box for the money

This box has been in service for over a year, I bought it again just to be safe. In general it is very good to switch 4 inputs between 4 outputs. A few things kept it from 5 stars. The speed at which it can switch between inputs is a bit slow, but for the price it does the job well. The other is incidental. Sound signals that accompany input changes. I tried using the PC interface, which has an option to turn off the beep, but I couldn't turn it off. I believe the problem is with my computer…

Pros
  • Nice design
Cons
  • Wobbly

Carefully! Remote control works with all devices

2 Stars: If you have several of these products the remote controls will work with all of them. Makes it impossible to use the remote control when you have multiple products next to each other. Didn't solve my latency problem either. Update: I rarely change star ratings, but this is actually surprisingly good hardware. You can work around the above problem by using an IR extender and a little ingenuity. (Duplicate IR codes are really inevitable and I bought another 4x4 HDMI switch and they used…
