Can't believe you can't find these in stores. I think a lot of people mount their flat screen TVs on the wall, and there are still TVs that have HDMI and other ports straight out the back. Cables are just straight connections. That seems more of a problem. This little device solves that problem in no time. Just make sure you figure out your male and female connections and choose the right one for your application. I definitely recommend it.

Bought to make my life easier when hooking up my flat screens. This device did not allow HDMI connectivity in any way. Yes, you can physically plug it into your TV and cables, but it instantly dreads any signal, and on most channels it doesn't even let through enough signal to display the proper picture. This was the smallest 90 degree HDMI adapter I could find. It works well and keeps the back of the device from being too far from the wall. A standard HDMI cable, when you bend it, can add four inches to the distance you need to have behind the device. This makes this distance more than half an inch. I bought this for our new church video camera. We send the output to our switch via HDMI. The HDMI port on the camera is next to the zoom control, it points straight to the right side of the camera and the HDMI cable coming out was a big strain on your hands when lying on it while controlling the zoom.
