Description of 💻 Monoprice 15ft Black HDMI Cable - No Logo, 4K @ 60Hz, HDR, 18Gbps, YUV 4:4:4, 26AWG, CL2 - Commercial Series - High-Speed

NO LOGO: Installers, contractors, and systems integrators need a reliable cable that they can make their own. We left our logo and name off these cables, so our brand is your brand. CL2 Rated: Tested by Underwriters Laboratories to the CL2 standard, these cables are safe for use in and through the walls and attic spaces of residential class buildings. Thinner Conductors: By using thinner conductors than many other passive High Speed HDMI Cables, these cables are easier to install, route, and hide from view. Supports the HDMI Ethernet Channel and Audio Return Channel features.

4K HDR at 60Hz from 25 feet away!

Worked great when connected from the output of a GeForce GTX 1080Ti reference card to an LG OLED TV. Clean signal in 4k HDR, no freezes or glitches.

  • Weight
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Today I threw these in the trash

I bought two of these about 10 months ago. My intention was to use them to walk through the wall between a 4k AV receiver and a 4k TV in a new house. I didn't have time to buy a TV/receiver until last month and haven't connected or tried everything until this month. These cables are absolute junk. I understand they weren't designed to run at 4k/60Hz, but they should run at 4k/24Hz. They are not here. It's too late to return them now, so they're in the trash now.

Works great when it works; Absolute rubbish if it isn't.

I have bought these 4 times and 2 worked very well while the other 2 were dead on arrival and only carry heavily distorted color noise like video and audio. I'd rather stick screwdrivers in my ears than hear that nagging noise again. It hisses and squeaks as soon as it connects and starts displaying. Obviously there is no quality control at this company. I'm tired of getting junk cables when reviews claim it's that excellent. If you really need HDMI, please don't buy this.

Good length for AV components

Bought these to connect my Tivo Bolt and my Sony BluRay player to a new Sony 4K HD AV Receiver for which this type of cable is recommended. I particularly like the short length - just the right amount to keep cord clutter to a minimum. The only oddity was that the Tivo apps (Netflix and Revain Prime) disconnected while playing the title. Everything else worked fine. The BluRay input to the receiver is also fine. I believe this is an issue with the Tivo software and have contacted them regarding

When distance matters.

I needed an extra long HDMI cable that I know has no signal degradation issues. I have this on an 8 port switch to access servers in my server rack. It's so nice to be able to use a wireless dongle and mouse so you only need one HDMI cable for the display. The keyboard shortcuts are very responsive, so switching from one server to another is very easy. I have to say this is one of the thickest cables I've ever seen. But it does the job. I suspect the thickness helps protect against electrical…

  • No instructions

For such a heavy and shielded cable (no complaints) this Monoprice cable I bought to take from my soundbar operate (in front of me) to my It is disappointing for the projector (behind me) that the actual contact point, the HDMI connector itself, comes loose so easily. If you don't have L-shaped connectors handy (which could degrade the signal itself), there's a very good chance you'll need to bend the Monoprice at the most critical point in the hardware chain. A metal case should have a…

Holy Fat Batman!

I bought the 20ft 18Gbps version of these cables and when I got them it was literally the thickest HDMI cable I've ever seen! You will definitely get your money's worth! Very high quality and I am very happy with my Monoprice commercial HDMI cable. I used my 20ft HDMI to connect my mini PC to both of the upstairs HDTVs. My mini computer is mounted on the right side of the TV and has two video outputs. Hooking up the right TV wasn't difficult, but the left was a problem. I ran my 20 foot HDMI…
