Just what I needed for the BOOT speaker LEDs

Just what I needed to power the LEDs on my speakers. I have a 24 pontoon boat with 6 6.5 and a submarine. speakers and that was enough. Some people say it's too hard, but it worked great when I tried fishing it through my boat. I would recommend.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • There are flaws

Great AC cord works great again.

The old AC power cord needs to be replaced as the solid copper wires are shorted causing the fuse to blow almost daily. Pulled a wire through and this wire and hooked it up to AC for extra protection and now it works great no more blown fuses.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • OK

Marine Speaker LED Application

Used to connect my boat's speakers to a wake mast with speaker LEDs and ring LEDs. (Only without audio lighting) Finding the real "copper" wire needed for seagoing vessels has been difficult. Couldn't find any specs but looks like they are made of oxygen free copper and good quality. It's easy to work with, even has internal threads that you can pull to "remove" the shell. Great design - Monoprice is always top!

Great value and quality. Highly recommended!

This 18/4 wire was awesome! The jacket was stiff but still flexible. It was easy to leave. The wire itself was of excellent quality. True August 18 No more than 20 AWG as I've seen with other brands. Wire coating/sleeving withstands heat from heat guns and pocket torches well when applying dual wall marine heatshrink tubing to brazed joints. Very happy with this purchase!

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Good quality cable but not very flexible with outer sheath. I find this type of wire to be more difficult to manage than I like, especially when you need to run it in hard-to-reach places. For new builds or applications where you have plenty of room to work, this would be fine. why do i need it Not as much. But I'll leave it on the shelf for the next project.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Disadvantages

Good price for a good wire

I'll add a little later Seems to be a solid wire. Using about 20 feet as the winch control wire on my trailer, I converted the standard 3-pin plastic connector to a round 4-pin metal connector (this also gives me a dedicated ground for the lighted switch in the controller). The overall OD of this product is too small for the connectors I use, but that's not the product's fault. I haven't used it on speaker wire yet, but after years of using standard two-wire speaker wire I think it will be a…

Win Monocene! Again! Perfect cables for surround back speakers!

I used this cable for surround back channels with a Bose 161 kit. It was very easy to just fish one cable through my attic and split it into two speakers. I don't know how others do it, but that's how it is. The wires work perfectly and I couldn't ask for more! I particularly appreciate the fact that this wire has microcord on the inside, which makes it easy to remove the outer sheath. Just take off the first few inches and pull the string. Nothing easier than that. The sound quality is…

  • No breaker
