Mounts do their job but leave a lot to be desired.

While these Monoprice 106979 bindings do the job, they leave a lot to be desired. All are made of ABS plastic. The speaker has a lot of vertical flex. It is impossible to sufficiently tighten the speakers. Cable management ZERO. This means the speaker cable is a visible loop that emerges from the bottom of the bracket and pulls up to the speaker terminals.

Don't buy Logi for surround sound.

I specifically bought this "recommended in this purchase" bc revain when purchasing a Logi surround sound system. The system doesn't even have threads on the back to connect the parts together. It literally has a place where you can attach it directly to a screw and hang it on the wall. If you're buying a Logi system, don't buy that system as they can't even be used together. However, if I could use them, they would look great.

Sagging dirt is best in the brackets

My speakers weigh 5.2 pounds and they barely support them. They don't have three access controls so you can only move them left and right and up and down, you can tilt them. Now my rear speakers are sagging and can no longer be straightened up. So if you don't mind the aesthetics of slightly angled speakers they shouldn't be a problem, but for me it drives me crazy that even when they're all the way up and up they still hang to the floor. Not to mention one screw isn't fully tightened. You get…

The best mount for the price.

I paired these shoes with a set of Martin Logan Motion 4s that weigh just under 7 pounds each. they hold up well. I like the tilt/swivel ability and the fact that they have a low profile and don't protrude too much from the wall. The included mounting hardware did not match my mounting holes on my speakers, but purchasing four screws for a total of $0.58 fixed that issue. The anchors supplied sucked, but luckily Martin Logan sent surprisingly good gear (hardware store quality) for me to use…

A little tricky with Sonos Play:1 speakers, but it might work.

Easy to wall mount. Offers a variety of screws for different wall materials. Warning, Sonos speakers cannot be installed without purchasing several different screws for the device. It looks like neither Sonos nor Monoprice use stock screws. The screw I found for the Sonos from the hardware store worked fine, but it probably widened that hole a bit in the Monoprice unit. I'll never change it, so I'm happy with that. The swirl on the Monoprice is very useful. I was concerned that the Sonos Play:1

Easy to assemble, does its job, doesn't fit Yamaha

They were pretty easy to install with just 2 screws in the wall. They are very easy to move and have a very good freedom of movement. I have Yamaha speakers and it seems they have a different bracket size. I bought two different speaker mounts (one for the center speaker and one for the back) and had to rebuild both. My Yamaha speakers are attached with a 1/4 mounting screw. The supplied screw for attachment was a bit smaller, I would have used a #10 attachment screw although I haven't checked…

Inexpensive mounts, installation hardware issues

Good solid mounts, easy to install once I have the right size hardware. with a standard 1/4" screw. The black screw came with the kit, I bought the steel screw at a hardware store. The screws held the speaker and bracket together well, but if you have washers, secondly, one of the mounting screws was defective, didn't have any Thread to speak of or no point to speak of They are very unobtrusive and easy to set up and I'm glad I have them I just want to finish a project for once without having…

Overall great for the money.

Excellent stands in terms of value for money. I can't even find coasters that are that good for half the price. They look good and yes they are plastic but you pay less than $8 for them. I bought these for some of the old Energy Take Classic satellites that came with my old 5.1 kit. The screws provided did not fit the satellites as the screws were too small to thread. Luckily I was able to run to the Home Depot and buy 2x 1/4" - 20 screws 3/4" long. Also, I bought two washers that fit 1/4 inch…
