Decided to take the plunge instead of paying almost double for the standard Revain Basics arm. I've read reviews that said it could hold 34-inch ultra-wide monitors like my own, albeit with a bit of tightening. However, I didn't expect it to be this difficult! My original arm lasted two years before it could no longer handle an incline. Build quality is very good. Very solid feel and no problem holding a large monitor like the X34. The price is great. A few design critiques: (1) Like most arms, this one has a sloppy 1-screw tilt function that you have to tighten precisely to hold it in place and hope it falls at the right angle.
