Not the best quality but does the job

The material is very light and feels like it could break under the weight of the speaker but has held up so far. Good value for money.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • No mold required

Won't hold 4 pound speakers in place

I don't think it outperforms, but it won't hold 4 pound Martin Logan Motion 2 speakers in place. The fasteners kept slipping no matter how hard I tightened them. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after drilling holes in my desk to install them.

Pros
  • Loads of good vibes
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

10 pounds?! In your dreams!

My little Polk surround speakers weigh about 3 pounds each. There's no way these bindings can even handle that much weight without sagging and eventually failing, let alone 10 pounds. This statement is absolutely wrong. Don't buy them unless you crave disappointment in your life.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Angry

Good enough for 5 pounds and under.

Really cheaply built but worked with some realistic wooden cockpit speakers (almost 5 pounds). it's good, but it's sagging. You have to get used to that. (I only use the short ones. Much stronger) Not bad, but not great.

Pros
  • The best in the niche
Cons
  • No cannon

Cannot accommodate 10 lb speakers.

My Polk T15 speakers weigh just over 8 pounds each, and the plastic tabs on the mount flex and push against the wall during installation. I wanted the speakers to be focused for maximum listening effect, but this is not possible without securing the bottom of the speaker. I wouldn't trust these mounts for a speaker that weighs over 5 pounds.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

worked fine in Speaker Brackets

Ordered these to mount an old pair of Bose 151's that a friend gave me on my patio. Easy installation under the ceiling with two screws. They seem strong enough but have a lot of "recoil" - they flex a little since they are made of ABS plastic. I have them at an angle. If the speakers were a bit heavier, they probably wouldn't be powerful enough. If you can install them straight down, you shouldn't have a problem. I have no reason to believe they will ever fail. One star off because they are a…

Soaring seagull in brackets

I bought a relatively high end home theater system and wanted to run cables through the walls and ceiling. While probably not a job for the absolute beginner, as it required drilling sleepers and tethers and cutting out some sections of drywall (due to seismic bracing in the walls), these speaker mounts got the job done in no time. professional way. I installed the connectors in the correct places for the speakers on both the ceiling and some of the walls, then made short leads with banana…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
