Terrible Performance, Not Worth It

As my tests showed, these shock absorbers provided no improvement to my car's suspension. They are noisy and ineffective, causing a bumpy ride.

Good product. on parts

Monroe has done it again. The originals need to be replaced and these shock absorbers work just as well as the originals.

Pros
  • shock absorber
Cons
  • Clarity

These are remanufactured/remanufactured shock absorbers. This can be recognized by a small welding gap in the center of the shock absorber and a look reminiscent of spray paint. That's what they do in third world countries, they pierce the shock absorber, drain the oil, put it back in and then weld it. On top of that I got two defective ones that didn't clean up properly, the exchange still didn't work properly. Even the good guys were very weak and contracted with ease. I ended up returning…

  • Automotive
Cons
  • Non-Automatic
